Inspection Fees and Payment Options

The fees payable annually to Letis Bioteam are calculated as follows. On the basis of the application form, a total of " x " days (including travel time) of inspection for one calendar year will be carried out.

The annual license fee includes control visits and reports. If the certification decision is positive;

The following are included in inspection fee;

• Operator Certificate (Master Certificate)
• Evaluation of labels and approval;
• Evaluation and approval of product specifications;
• Publication of company name in LETIS BIOTEAM website

The following items are not included in annual fee;

• Activity certificate; Import and product certificates (An additional fee of 15 € shall be requested after the first three product certificate);
• Analysis costs;
• Travel costs of inspector;
• Registered postage costs of documents and samples;
• VAT

The basic unit of remuneration is the value of the work provided to the operator in man/day. This includes the work done before, during and after the inspection and is defined in the LETIS BIOTEAM Inspection and Certification Fee Schedule. LETIS BIOTEAM has the right to send more than 1 inspector at the same time depending on the status of the project.
